How to make a refund
You can refund a payment directly from the ChargeStripe app, for all non-disputed transactions.
By default, the refunds are processed in full value, unless you specify a different value that is smaller than the total. Here's how to perform a full or partial refund using the ChargeStripe app.
- From the Menu select "Previous Transactions".

- Then tap on the transaction you'd like to refund, and press the 'Refund' button.

- Enter the value you'd want to refund. For a full refund enter the total transaction value, and for a partial refund, enter the value you'd like to refund.

- Press the 'Refund' button to complete the refund.
Please note that the refunded amount may take up to 5 to 10 business days to reflect back to your customer's bank account.
