How do I handle a chargeback?
ChargeStripe works by integrating with your Stripe account. We're a verified partner of Stripe, but ultimately we are separate companies. Dispute issues must be handled through Stripe as they are the payment processor.
We always recommend reaching out to the customer to see if they will remove the dispute first. If that is not an option, here are a couple of next steps that might help!
