When can I receive my payouts?

ChargeStripe does not handle payment or payout processing. This is managed by the account owner company Stripe.


If a payout hasn’t arrived according to its expected delivery date, there can be several reasons as to why. Please check both your Stripe dashboard or email to see if Stripe requested additional information from you to complete this process.


On the ChargeStripe app, you can view the status of an in-transit and already paid payout on the 'Balance' screen which you can navigate to, from the Main Menu.
